Clary Sage: The Oil of Clarity & Vision
Clary Sage offers great support for women’s issues due to its balancing nature. But apart from that, I personally found Clary Sage to be quite the surprising oil emotionally-speaking.
Every time I would apply it topically when my thoughts would start to get muddled and I enter into that zone where everything is distracting, Clary Sage would come to the rescue and help me see new possibilities or ideas. Like a small glimmer of hope, it assists in developing a new sense of discernment and tap into something deeper. You’re suddenly able to see through the muck and you’re open to intuition and inner wisdom to be guided into new experiences and perspectives.
Clary Sage is very quieting to the mind, almost euphoric because of its spicy, sharp and grassy scent all at the same time. For those who can sit still enough to let it quiet the mind, this oil is for you because you will gain a sense of clarity even just from holding the bottle! The oils have God-bestowed energetic vibrations that transcend even the vessle they are held in so never underestimate your oils and their potency.
If our brain is racing, it is difficult to know what to do next or how to do it and we get lost inside our own heads or thoughts. Usage Tips
Use with caution during pregnancy, especially during first trimester or over abdomen, since Clary Sage can cause uterine contractions. Not for infants or toddlers. Avoid during or after use of alcohol. Always test for skin sensitivity prior to widespread use and use on the feet when possible. Excessive use of any oil can lead to skin sensitisation. Keep out of eyes, ears, or nose. Not all oils are created equal, so test brands carefully, and never use an oil in a way not recommended by its maker.
