Oprah Winfrey says: ” What you focus on expands, and when you focus on the goodness in your life, you create more of it. Opportunities, relationships, even money flowed my way when I learned to be grateful no matter what happened in my life.”
Don’t we all need more focus in our lives? If yes, then we also need more LEMON in our lives! I call it Sunshine in a Bottle 🙂
Lemon essential oil promotes focus and clarity. It nourishes our mind and helps us concentrate better. Its uplifting effects awaken the senses, clears the mind of distractions, and helps a person tune in to the task at hand. It helps a person to overcome confusion or doubt, fatigue, overwhelm, and lack of enthusiasm, as well as helps to clear self-doubt, limiting beliefs, stagnant energy, and rigidness in the mind, heart, or body. It’s great for bad moods and for those days where you’re just feeling “blah” moods, or lethargic.
Lemon has a very crisp scent which naturally uplifts and improves our ability to focus so it’s particularly useful in situations where we need to learn something or for those with learning difficulties. Lemon can help children who are struggling with school. It teaches them to be present mentally by focusing on one thing at a time. Lemon will help with a confused mind and will give clarity instead. When our minds are mentally fatigued from too much studying or reading, Lemon can help restore some energy while giving us the mental flexibility and the motivation we need to complete a task.
Lemon will help clear negative thoughts such as “I am dumb” or “I am not a good student”. It calms those insecurities and restores self-confidence.
Lemon inspires a natural playfulness and opens up the heart center for more joy to come in. Just like the sun, lemon restores feelings of joy and happiness and arouses the soul to have a cheerful involvement in the present moment. You can’t help but feel energetic, confident and vibrant around Lemon essential oil!
