Rosemary is an amazing essential oil that really helps to uplift and stimulate the mind. The Rosemary plant was regarded as sacred by many civilizations. It was used as a fumigant to help drive away evil spirits and to protect against plague and infectious illness. Its qualities have been known for hundreds of years!
Rosemary can assist in the development of true knowledge and true intellect. It teaches that one can learn and understand things from a far greater space than the human mind. It challenges you to look deeper than you normally would and ask more soul-searching questions so that you can receive more inspired answers. Rosemary can also assist with those who struggle with learning disabilities. It expands the mind and supports individuals in receiving new information and experiences.
Our lives are filled with transitions and change. Rosemary can help during these times. When a person is having a difficult time adapting to a new situation, such as a new house, school or relationship, Rosemary invites the person to trust in a higher, more intelligent power. Rosemary teaches us that we don’t have to really understand everything but that the Universe is conspiring to work FOR us not against us. Life is perfect and everything that is happening is happening for you and in your favor.
Rosemary gives us mental expansion, clarity and insight and helps us process what’s happening around is and within us consciously, instead of burying it with distractions. It instills a sense of trust in the process of Life and greater confidence in our ability to navigate change with perspective. Rosemary roots us in the true knowledge that surpasses all understanding.
Rosemary influences us to walk in our truth by being faithful to our Self and our destiny or purpose. Even the Greeks and Romans used it to understand loyalty. Loyalty to self before others. When we are more loving and loyal to others rather than to ourselves our energy becomes stagnant and cloudy (resulting in poor circulation and/or concentration). This is why this oil is connected to our heart energy. It opens up our heart chakra by promoting the circulation of Qi energy and blood.
Rosemary blends well with Basil, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lavender, Peppermint.

Not all oils are created equal, so test brands carefully, and never use an oil in a way not recommended by its maker.
